skin… Slow down, spend more quality time on yourself, and get comfortable with this
routine!
Skin Care products you will need daily:
1. Cleanser (not soap). We recommend a
cream or lotion for dry or sensitive skin, and a gel for oily or acne prone skin.
2. Toner - Hydrating for dry or sensitive
skin, or an astringent for oily or acne prone skin.
3. For the face. Anti-Aging serum or cream
for day (CELLEX-C, CLICK HERE for
product options) and Alpha, Glycolic or Retinol creams or lotions for the night.
4. For the eyes. Eye Cream for the day,
Eye Gel for the night. CLICK HERE for

5. Hydrating Moisturizer. For day. Even if
your skin is oily or acne prone, you will need a hydrating moisturizer to keep it soft,
and to prevent your oil glands from sending excess oil to the surface.
6. Exfoliant Scrub. An exfoliant should be
used three times a week or more for oily/acne skin conditions. You must regularly
exfoliate the dead cells. Your skin will look smoother as a result of regular use. Your
pores will be cleaner, appear smaller and all of your skin care products will work better,
particularly the moisturizers & anti-aging products.
7. Sun Block. A sun block for daily use is
an absolute must! Apply to your face, neck and hands.
8. Professional Facials. We also recommend
highly professional facial treatments at least once a month if your goal is to achieve a
truly radiant complexion. Only an expert can really help you achieve and keep that glowing
look!
8. Basic Rules for Skin Care.
The common sense, basic rules for everyday skin care include the following:
- Drink eight glasses of clean, clear water every day.
- Avoid excess caffeine, alcohol, sugar & salt.
- Take vitamins ( A, B’s C, E, selenium, evening primrose
oil, zinc are a few that have healing effects on the skin).
- Wear your sun block daily – this means EACH AND EVERY
DAY.
- Don’t wear your make-up to bed. Your skin renews itself
while you sleep. Wearing make up to bed will hamper the renewal process and clog the
pores.
- Don’t squeeze pimples, particularly the bumps that
don’t have a white head. The infected oil will leak out of the follicle and cause
another pimple nearby. Instead, use topical dry agents (like End-Zit, CLICK HERE for details)
and pretend the bumps don’t exist. They will go away more quickly this way.
- Avoid facial or eye care products that contain fragrances,
petroleum, wax, or tallowate.
- Use a sun block that contains zinc or titanium. CLICK HERE for a great

They are not very effective after the 6-month point.
