2004, fashion offers a luxurious selection of colors, textures and techniques, all with an original, feminine style. The season's
fashion silhouette is influenced by the most important trends of the last century -
flapper flirtiness, movie star glam. vintage sweetness, hippie chic, modern classics -

Here is an irrisitible array of softened pastel shades including grayed blues, faded
roses, soft greens, and delectable pink- and violet-sweetened beiges.
Look for colors to be used differently, for "sponged-on" effects (fabulous on
nails) and abstract, washed-out looks, all emphasizing athe contrast of scruffy textures
with gorgeous colors.
Make-up and hair trends include waves of multiple gentle colors.

 The season's sumptuous side emerges in a look of
luxurious elegance, epitomized by metallics - one of the biggest fashion stories this
season.
Look for tones of gold, copper, titanium, graphite and bronze - complemented by rich,
gemstone shades and textures - in everything from apparel to make-up.
Sexy, decadent satins and velvets are treated with a masculine touch, including stripes,
while alluring tones of cognac and brandy complete the picture.

Autumn's rich colors roll out in luscious shades of maple reds, mushroom browns and deep
greens, all inspired by the forest, crowned with resplendent foliage.
Make-up is applied tone-on-tone, with warm, layered looks for the eyes, shades of earth
and the woods for lips and nails, and highly textured styles for hair.

The cold, winter side of the season's forecast is beautifully evident in its futuristic
fashion palette of grays, blacks and whites.
For pure dazzle, eyes and nails are streaked in grays ranging from light pearl to metallic
silver-blue to chrome, as if a shooting star - or a silver-bladed hockey player - had gone
by!
A lesson in contrasts, this look is cool, sharp and highly dramatic.
