Here is an
irrisitible array of softened pastel shades including grayed blues, faded roses, soft
greens, and delectable pink- and violet-sweetened beiges. Look for colors to be used
differently, for "sponged-on" effects (fabulous on nails) and abstract,
washed-out looks, all emphasizing athe contrast of scruffy textures with gorgeous colors.
