SHIPMENT & OWNERSHIP.
Beauty Realm will arrange shipping of the Product to your address. Ownership of the
Product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon
delivery.The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt or
invoice. Beauty Realm will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but it will not be
responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of
materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God. We ship all domestic
orders via UPS with a signature requirement. Delivery time: 7 to 10 days for in-stock
items. This includes overnight shipments. Outside the State of Florida allow 10 to 14
working days for delivery. No COD orders. Some items, especially the discontinued colors,
may need to be special ordered. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping of special ordered
and back ordered items. You may email us at sales@beautyrealm.com at any time to check the
status of your order. BeautyRealm will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to
events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation
failures, or acts of God.
PLEASE NOTE: Depending upon availability the "non pre-order" items in your order
may be held to ship complete or shipped separately. Separate shipments will incur
appropriate charges. |
PRICE & PAYMENT. Your total
price for the Product ordered will be stated on your purchase receipt or invoice. Prices
and configurations advertised are subject to change without notice or obligation prior to
acceptance of your order. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling,
or applicable sales taxes, and these will be added to the price you pay. Any
existing or new taxes or fees charged by any governmental authority will be added to your
purchase receipt or invoice. Whenever possible we publish our prices and make it easy for
you to purchase from us using our secure online shopping bag. All critical information
including your credit card number is encrypted before being transmitted. You are also

INSPECTION OF PRODUCT UPON
RECEIPT. You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing,
you must notify Beauty Realm at once. Beauty Realm will not consider any claim for damaged
or missing items more than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Beauty Realm offers a limited money back guarantee for
fourteen (14) days on unopened products only. Sales on opened or used products are final.
TO RECEIVE A REFUND UNDER THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, YOU MUST NOTIFY BEAUTY REALM
OF YOUR DESIRE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS, FROM THE
DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT. YOU MUST ALSO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS PACKAGED TO BEAUTY
REALM'S DESIGNATED ADDRESS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION ("RMA") NUMBER.
BEAUTY REALM will refund the original purchase price of the Product and applicable sales
taxes. SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE FEES, AND FEES FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED
(INCLUDING APPLICABLE SALES TAXES) THAT YOU PAID WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT AND
ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
The returned Product(s) must be in the same condition as you
received them.
If you are expecting a refund, please allow a reasonable period of time for the Product
and/or Accessories to arrive at Beauty Realm. Beauty Realm will inspect the Product(s)
and, after they are accepted, process your refund within seven (7) business days. Beauty
Realm will notify you if your Product(s) are not accepted.
THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS NOT A WARRANTY. BEAUTY REALM MAY CHANGE OR CANCEL IT
AT ANY TIME BEFORE ACCEPTING YOUR ORDER.
